Children with Special Learning Difficulties
Integral to its education activities is the special needs program that will cater to refugee children (ages 5 to 13) that suffer from specific learning difficulties which hinder their active participation in a classroom setting and delay their overall learning. This program begins in fall of 2020 and targets 20 vulnerable children with learning disabilities such as ADHD, mild autism, and dyslexia. BBJ has recruited a team of experts/teachers in the field of special education to carry out the necessary assessments and develop a special needs education program that will help children overcome learning challenges.
